Wir befinden uns in der Zukunft, die WWWA ist eine Art InterPol für die Galaxie. Kei und Yuri sind zwei Spezialagentinnen, die Verbrecher dingfest machen sollen. Sie selbst nennen sich »Lovely Angels«, aber hinter vorgehaltener Hand sind sie als das »Dirty Pair« bekannt, denn wo die beiden hinkommen, wächst so schnell kein Gras mehr! Wer sonst würde es als Erfolg bezeichnen, einen halben Planeten in Schutt und Asche zu legen, nur um einen gesuchten Gangster zu schnappen?
Kei ist dabei die männlichere von beiden, sie geht mit anderen recht rau um und ist sehr ungestüm. Sie hat die blond-rote Kurzhaarfrisur und ist schnell mit ihrer Schusswaffe zur Hand. Yuri hingegen ist ruhiger und der weibliche Part im Team. Sie ist etwas sensibler, hat es aber mindestens genauso faustdick hinter den Ohren wie Kei und trägt zudem ein Laserschwert als Waffe. Ein weiterer Charakter der regelmäßig auftaucht, ist der Chef der beiden, der jedes Mal von den Schadensrechnungen der beiden in den Wahnsinn getrieben wird.
Anmerkung:
»Dirty Pair Flash« baut auf der recht populären Anime Serie »Dirty Pair« aus den 80ern auf. Das Charakterdesign wurde erneuert, aber Kei und Yuri sind weiterhin die »Lovely Angels« des 3WA.
